I find myself on many Mondays heading into the office with a full head of steam.  Excited from the weekend and full of new ideas I barge in ready to lead and manage other.  Unfortunately, that means lots of hard work; hard work that I’m not ready to start doing again after a restful weekend.  Here are a few quotes I enjoy reading on Monday mornings to get me energized again.

Leadership quotes can be an effective way to boil down a leadership style into one, easy to focus on, saying.  I like to use 7 leadership quotes a week and focus on one per day.  This way by the end of the full week, I’ve manifested 7 new leadership skills into my toolbox.

These seven leadership quotes are to be read today.  Then each day of the week focus on one.  Read them all to get a good overview of the subject, then refer back to this list each day.  Focus on the first quote today and try to lead by example today.  Tomorrow, quit the complaining and lead by example.  By the end of the week you will be encompassing them all and leading your team to success!

Can you commit to reading this list each day this week and implementing one quote into your life?
